Best Tips on Getting Beautiful Eyes

Like the skin and hair, the eyes tell a great deal about the state of your health, your habits and
lifestyle. Illness, nutritional deficiencies, lack of sleep, anxiety and stress can all be reflected by
state of your eyes which at the time of despair look dull, tired and strained.
Eye care has increased in importance and relevance in modem times. Progress has certainly taken
its toll. Never before have we put the eyes to as much strain as we do now, has focusing on
television and computer screened, on intense reading or pouring over figures.
During the ancient times, the eyes were used in occupations that actually exercised them and kept
them healthy. The farmer, hunter, fisherman, used a variety of natural eye movements, focusing
on distant-objects.
We hardly exercise the muscles of the eyes. And, this kind of eye strain begins at an early age.
With immobility, the eye muscles are tired and tense. With time, they get distorted and cramped.
Unless we consciously exercise them and help them to relax, they cannot perform well, stay
healthy, or look beautiful.
Take a few minutes off from close eye-work to exercise your eyes.
Cup your palms over closed eyes, without touching them. Look into the blackness. This can
be very restful. Sit in a relaxed position. Move your eyes in a wide circular motion, first in
one direction and then the other. Move the eyes to the right and left and then up and
down.
Hold your forefinger in front of your face. Keep looking at it and move your finger further
away from you. Then look past the finger as far as you can see and then back to your
finger. Slowly bring your finger back. Repeat this 3 or 4 times.
Whenever you are out of doors, consciously look at the trees and plants. The green colour
is soothing to the eyes. No wonder, nature has been so generous with green.
Useful tips which makes your eyes beautiful
Always wash your eyes with cold water and never with hot water. Whenever you are required to
go out in the sun use good quality sun-glasses Don't compromise on it, for inferior glass of the
goggles might harm your eyes. Never gaze towards the sun or towards a powerful source of light.
Use eye-make up very sparingly, for its excessive use damages the skin around eye. Also,
remember never to use chemical eye-make-up-remover because it reacts adversely on the skin.
Instead, use the following mixture which is not only good for the skin but also for the eyes as well.
Take 2 teaspoonfuls of almond oil and one teaspoonful of castor oil and remove the make up
gently with the help of cotton

Fairness Skin Whitening Treatment

Those who are with moderate fairness sometimes they get dark face or dark skin on hands etc. Due to so many various reasons their skin does not show the full fairness. Occasionally they seems less fair. It is natural to think about ways to get back their fairness. So today I am suggesting a package for fairness skin whitening treatment. I said it is a package means it should be done in one or two weeks as a single course. So this will give an assured result.

I suggest a four step routine. These tips should be followed one by one with suitable interval. During the process you should take care of sun exposure, usage of other chemicals, soaps etc. During the interval time you should use suitable sun screen when going out in the sun. Stop using harsh soaps. Avoid skin bleach and unsure store bought products.

Fairness Skin Whitening Treatment# Step One
In this first step I bring forward the homemade skin peel. During this stage the dead cells on your face will be removed as a layer. This will promote new cells to form on the face. As it is natural and we are not using chemical peel there will not be any harm in it. The result will be moderate and it is adequate. So go for the tip "homemade skin peel". After doing this skin peel give an interval of minimum three days. For these days take care of your skin as I said above. Use a natural moisturizer like aloe vera. After three days do the second step.
Fairness Skin Whitening Treatment# Step Two
In this stage you are using natural scrub. Here we are scrubbing out any extra dead cells. Also smoothening the surface of skin also takes place. Here we don't need a thorough scrubbing. Just use the natural scrub very mildly. So here is the tip for "natural scrub". After this also use moisturizer. After three days go to the next step. The intervals you can make weekly if you want.
Fairness Skin Whitening Treatment# Step Three
During this step you are going to make your skin more fair and a skin whitening will take place.
How to get skin whitening naturally-here goes the tip, "natural skin whitening". The purpose of this step is to get more complexion. If does properly this step will rejuvenate your skin. If you are not happy with the result repeat this step with an interwal of one day.
Fairness Skin Whitening Treatment# Step Four
Here we are doing this step after just one day from the above step. Preferably do this step on evening. Here skin tightening will takes place. If there is a tendency of sagging or wrinkles this step will take care of that. So do the "skin tightening". After one hour removing the skin tightening pack just put any cold cream very lightly and go to sleep. Next day morning wash face with cold water.
Using these four Fairness Skin Whitening Treatment steps you can get back your fairness.

For Healthy Skin

Get glowing, pimple-free, perfect skin! Here’s a month’s worth of tricks to have your best complexion ever!
Follow these 30 tips, some of which have to be done every day, week & month and you should see visible results in 30 days!
Do this every day:
1) This is probably the easiest one but you’ll be surprised at how many people actually follow it. Wash your face day and night to remove makeup, dirt and prevent clogged pores and breakouts.
2) Drink eight glasses of water a day to hydrate skin and make it radiant. Don’t lick your lips or you’ll dry them out!
3) In the shower, use a wash with acne-fighting ingredients like salicylic acid to clear acne.
4) Aim for eight hours of sleep each night: it will allow your skin to repair itself fully.
5) Stick to one regimen-constantly changing products can cause flare-ups. Don’t rest your face in your hands to avoid zits.
6) After cleansing your skin, lock in moisture with a night oil-free lotion.
7) Shrink pimples overnight with a gentle benzoyl peroxide spot treatment.
A daily multivitamin with minerals will nourish your skin so it glows from within.
9) Smooth on SPF everyday: Sun protection is essential for pretty, healthy skin.
10) Shield your face from drying effects of the sun with a hat and sunglasses.
Do this once a week:
11) Eat foods with healthy omega-3 fatty acids to boost your skin’s defenses against environmental damage.
12) Snack on fruits and veggies. They’re packed with water to boost your skin’s hydration level.
13) Exercise helps increase blood circulation to skin’s surface, giving a rosy flush.
14) Buff your body in the shower with a mild scrub that gently exfoliates, leaving your skin silky to the touch.
15) Replace your razor blade after five to seven shaves-it can become dull and can cause nicks.
16) Smooth a thin layer of honey on damp skin and leave on for 10 minutes-it’s a natural moisturizer!
17) Your towel soaks up leftover soap and shampoo that can trigger annoying breakouts-so use separate ones for your face and your body, and replace them each week!
18) Massage a warming face scrub into your skin to help draw out stubborn on your nose and chin.
19) Clean your cell phone with an antibacterial wipe to remove dirt and oil that can cause breakouts along your jaw line. Don’t press your phone right up against your skin as this can cause zits.
20) Change your pillowcase. It soaks up oil from your hair and can rub it back into your skin!
Do this every month:
21) Throw away make-up whose texture or color has changed: old products are full of bacteria that can clog pores and cause an infection. Don’t pick at your blemishes to avoid scarring.
22) Exfoliation is crucial to get rid of dead skin cells not only from your face, but also from your scalp. Choose a treatment designed to remove product buildup, and apply it to only your scalp. The harsh ingredients can dry out your hair.
23) Use a blackhead removal strip across your nose to unclog pores.
24) Wash make-up brushes with soap and water to get rid of dirt and bacteria that can cause pimples. Don’t forget to replace the make-up puffs in your compacts!
25) Give yourself an at-home facial: Steam up your bathroom with warm water and spread on a clay mask to suck out excess oil from your skin. Rinse after 10 minutes.
26) Minimize old acne marks by rubbing on a fading gel that contains glycolic acid to speed up cell turnover for even skin tone.
27) Keep an eye on your moles and see a doctor if they have changed in shape or color.
28) Deep clean pores by applying face wash, then gently using an electric toothbrush (wet the bristles first) to help penetrate crevices (like the sides of your nose) where dirt can hide. An ordinary toothbrush can also be used for the same.
29) Replace your loofah: Bacteria can build up, which can irritate zits or scratches you have on your body.
30) Update your routine with the weather: if it’s cold, use a heavier moisturizer and if it’s warm, exfoliate more often

Eye Care

With so many of us spending lots of time in front of the computer every day it comes to no surprise that research is showing a rise in visual problems. What can one do? First, it’s important to find out how you can protect your eyes through eye health exams and by making a few minor changes in your computer viewing habits.

Here are some helpful Eye Care Tips -

Positioning is everything
Correct positioning of your computer, keyboard and typing copy is essential. Your screen should be positioned about an arm’s length from your eyes and 20 degrees below eye level. Consider foot and wrist rests for added comfort.

Lighting can make all the difference
Room lighting should be diffuse, not direct, to reduce glare and reflections from your screen. Look into an internal or external glare screen and be sure to set your colour, contrast and brightness levels to suit you.

A little extra help for your glasses
Anti-reflective coatings on the lenses of your glasses can be applied by your optometrist to reduce discomfort and to ease reduced vision from bright and/or flickering light sources such as VDTs and fluorescent lights. And don’t forget, your doctor of optometry can talk to you about eyeglasses designed specifically for people who use computers a lot.

Take time out, our 20-20-20 rule
Step I :-
After every 20 minutes of looking into the computer screen, turn your
head and try to look at any object placed at least 20 feet away. This
changes the focal length of your eyes, a must-do for the tired eyes.

Step II :-
Try and blink your eyes for 20 times in succession, to moisten them.

Step III :-
Time permitting of course, one should walk 20 paces after every 20 minutes
of sitting in one particular posture. Helps blood circulation for the entire body.

It’s all in the blinking
Did you know that on average we blink 12 times per minute? But wait, did you know that when we’re on the computer we only blink 5 times per minute? That can add up to dry eyes. Relieve the discomfort by using artificial tear drops or gels and remember to blink!

Palming
Sit straight at your workstation and rub your palms against each other till you feel them warm. The warmth of your palms helps soothe and relax tired eyes. Then, lightly cup your eyes with your palms and relax for 60 seconds. Count the seconds in your mind. Repeat this exercise two to three times whenever your eyes feel tired, or as often as you want. While palming, you can either rest your elbows on your desk or keep away from the desk and cup your eyes. Both ways are fine.

Splash water on your face
During breaks, splash water on your face while closing your eyes. This has an overall relaxing effect and helps you feel refreshed.

Use tea bags
Keep two used tea bags in the refrigerator before you leave for work. Once you are home, place the tea bags on your eyes for a few minutes as you relax. This not only soothes tired eyes, but also reduces puffiness.

Eat healthy
Incorporate Vitamins A, C, and E on a daily basis; eat citrus fruits, green leafy veggies, tomatoes, spinach, poultry and dairy products. Pack a box of chopped carrots, cucumber and fresh fruits and munch in-between meals at the office.

For Healthy Hair

Nowadays, not only women but men too are willing to pay any amount of money for finding out the secret behind healthy hair.

Irrespective of the type of hair you are born with, follow these 5 tips and see the results yourself: healthy and luxurious hair.

1) Diet: Healthy hair beings with your body. Dark green vegetables such as spinach and broccoli are an excellent source of vitamin A and vitamin C which is needed to produce sebum, the body’s natural hair conditioner. Coconut is also considered as an excellent food for hair. Dairy products such as fresh yoghurts and milk not only strengthen your hair but also add shine to it. Avoid processed and canned foods as they are not really helpful in providing nutrition to your hair. If you maintain a healthy, balanced diet then there’s nothing that can stop you from achieving healthy, happy hair.

2) Hairbrush Usage : Brushing your hair before shampooing is essential as it stimulates the scalp and promotes blood flow. It also helps in removing scalp flakes and product buildup. Moreover, do not brush your hair when it’s wet as this causes unnecessary breakage and damages hair. Avoid using plastic, metal and nylon brushes as they attack and break the hair cuticle. Finally, brushing your hair regularly will keep it looking healthy and glossy.

3) Blow Drying: Avoid blow-drying your hair as it can make your hair brittle and cause split-ends. Squeeze the water out with a towel and let it dry naturally. If you must use a hair dryer then keep it at the lowest setting possible. Similarly, steer clear of hair straighteners and curling irons.

4) Stress: Stress can have extremely adverse long-term effects on both the quality and the color of your hair. Learn to manage your time well and keep mental pressure at a minimum level. Practice meditation as it is an effective relaxation technique. And last but not the least, get adequate amount of peaceful sleep.

5) Oiling and conditioning: Treat your hair to deep conditioning once every two weeks. They strengthen your hair and protect it against breakage as they penetrate the hair shaft. A warm oil scalp massage twice or thrice a week will also help to keep hair moisturized. Leave it on overnight, if not, then at least for an hour or two before shampooing your hair. Regular oiling and conditioning not only result in lustrous, healthy hair but also help in preventing hair loss.

Kitchen Tips

You know all of those helpful kitchen-related suggestions that old-timers are so willing to share with the younger generations? These little tips and tricks might be called kitchen hacks these days, but they are still the same good old nuggets of wisdom that they always were.

As with any old wives tale, hack, or tip, your mileage may vary. Some of these gems have been around for several lifetimes - and according to most grandmas, they really work.

1. For cleaning smelly hands after chopping onions or garlic, just rub them on a stainless steel spoon. The steel is supposed to absorb the odor.

2. Fresh coffee beans can also absorb nasty odors from your hands.

3. If you happen to over-salt a pot of soup, just drop in a peeled potato. The potato will absorb the excess salt.

4. When boiling eggs, add a pinch of salt to keep the shells from cracking.

5. Never put citrus fruits or tomatoes in the fridge. The low temperatures degrade the aroma and flavor of these pernickety fruits.

7. Will milk curdle if it is allowed to boil? It turns out that this age-old piece of wisdom isn’t true, after all. Milk that has been boiled is perfectly safe to consume.

8. To clean an electric kettle with calcium buildup on the heating element, boil a mixture of half white vinegar and half water, then empty.

9. When storing empty airtight containers, throw in a pinch of salt to keep them from getting stinky.

25. Toothpaste is a great silver cleaner.

26. Baking soda isn’t as effective a deodorizer for the fridge as that baking soda company would like you to believe. Activated charcoal is much better at absorbing fridge and freezer odors.

27. Baking soda is an extremely effective cleaner, though. Use it with vinegar to deodorize drains and clean stovetops and sinks.

28. A favorite tip of thousands of grandmas: when you nick your finger while cutting veggies, wait until the bleeding stops and paint on a layer of clear nail polish. It will keep juices out of the wound and won’t fall off into the spaghetti sauce like a bandage.

29. The jury is still out on what to put in the bag of brown sugar to keep it from going hard: a slice of apple, a piece of bread, and a shard of a terra cotta pot have all been used.

30. Got a nasty invisible splinter from your kitchen tools? Put a piece of adhesive tape on the area and then pull it off to remove the splinter.

31. When you burn yourself in the kitchen, just spread mustard on the affected area. Leave it for a while and it will ease the pain and prevent blistering.

Tips To Lower Cholesterol

Seriously high levels of ‘bad’ cholesterol (LDL) represent a menacing cause of heart disease. By lowering the LDL level in your blood, you will automatically lower the total level of the cholesterol in your body (the HDL also known as the ‘good’ cholesterol and the LDL – the ‘bad’ cholesterol) and it will prevent the occurrence of heart disease. You can use a drug treatment to lower the cholesterol level, but you can also use a more healthy method – the dietary agents and food supplements that will lower your cholesterol in a natural way. In other words, a diet low in saturated fats and rich in fibres may help you lower cholesterol levels downwards to a normal limit.

We will offer you some piece of advice on what exactly to eat and what not to eat during a diet in order to lower cholesterol level. Keep in mind that this diet it is not very difficult to respect, it requires strength of will and determination to retain yourself from eating the ‘bad’ foods. The tips below should be followed for a period of one month, and then you should get your cholesterol level checked again to see the results of the diet.

1. The first thing you have to do is to reduce the amount of red meat in your daily sedimentation  You will replace it with white meat (poultry) and fish which have a low fat level.

2. It is absolutely necessary for you to eliminate or at least to eat less saturated fats. This means that you should start having skimmed milk, low cholesterol spread or light cheese, instead of your normal foods. These light products may not be as tasty as the fat ones, but they care save your life.

3. A healthy diet means a healthy digestion. Foods that are high in fibre (like whole grain cereals or muesli) will eventually help you lower cholesterol by eliminating the dietary fats.

4. Stop frying your food and start grilling them. It prevents the loss of vitamins from the vegetables; therefore you will eat healthier.

5. Stop being a ‘couch potato’, start exercising every day. You can do aerobics, you can walk or jog, you can even play basketball, but it is absolutely necessary for you to do it every day.

6. Tropical oils don’t do you good. If you want to get a lower cholesterol level you must start using vegetable oils (olive oil is the best choice) or canola oils.

7. Always read the label on the food products you are buying to be sure of what you are buying in terms of fats level.

8. Now let’s talk about alcohol. Drinking is not exactly your best activity during a diet, as it can ruin your efforts, but latest research has shown that a glass of red wine per day can lower cholesterol in some cases.

9. A cholesterol lowering medication if it is prescribed or recommended by a physician will have maximum effectiveness for your diet if you will respect it entirely.

10. And we saved the best for last. Always remember that a diet for reducing cholesterol level will definitely help you lose weight. Happy eating!

Simple Ways To Save Of Money When Buying A New Computer!

Looking to buy a new computer?
Overwhelmed by all of the options available to you?
Stressed by the high cost of computers today?
For most people, buying a new computer does not have to be as stressful as buying a new car. Nor does it have to be as expensive. If you’re like most people, and you have a limited budget for buying a computer, then you need to try to get as much computer for your money as possible.

Here are 3 simple ways anyone can save money when buying a new computer:

1) Shop around for best deal

Sounds pretty obvious. But many people don’t realize they don’t need the fastest, most expensive computer with the most “extras”. In fact, if you are already using an older computer, even the least expensive new computer will be a big upgrade. If you don’t know a lot about computers, you can learn a lot by shopping around. Ask lots of questions, compare prices, compare features, then find the best price. Shop at your local electronics store, and look for the best deals online. You’ll be surprised at how much money you can save by shopping around!

2) Install your own “extras”

Many computers you will find in a store have a lot of extra software already installed. While this is convenient, it is not always the best way for you to save money. Also, while many of these extras sound good, you don’t always need them. You can often find better deals by shopping around separately for your own software extras (such as a word processor, anti-virus, popup blocker, spyware removal, games, etc). And some of these you can get for free. So before you buy the “fully loaded” computer, ask yourself if you really need all the extras, then shop around to see if you can buy a scaled down computer - and get the extras yourself for much less!

3) Don’t buy extended warranty

If you are not a computer “techie”, the extended warranties offered by the computer retailers often sound like a good idea. After all, who wants to be bothered paying for service on a computer after you buy it. But keep in mind that most computers come with a warranty, and most computer problems will either happen at the beginning (when you still have the warranty in effect) or much later (when it might be cheaper to buy a new computer). Technology changes very quickly these days. So consider whether or not it’s worth the inflated price of the extended warranty. And, if you really feel you need the extended warranty, then ask to purchase it at a lower price. Not all retailers will negotiate on the warranty, but some will. And whether you buy the extended warranty or not, make sure you back up all your files periodically, just in case!

If you have an unlimited budget, consider yourself lucky. And if you do business on the computer, make sure you get what you need, while trying to keep the price down. At any price, buying something that does not fit your needs is not a good deal.

Hope you find these tips helpful, and happy computer shopping!
